I thought the video was kind of interesting, although I never was into sports. It’s interesting to see someone autistic, such as myself, achieve something great. I don’t really know much about basketball, but 6 3-point shots are pretty impressive. I don’t think I could score 18 points in a game.
I tried playing basketball at one point, but I didn’t really like it. Well, I kind of did, but the team sure were jerks if you ever screwed up. And I did that a lot. So, seeing this is pretty interesting, I think that it’s a lot like if I started getting really good, but maybe only about 2 3-pointers. Oh, well. It was neat to watch anyway.

This video was very sincere. From my point of view was a very important part of the team and important to everybody on that team. With being an assistant coach, water boy, and cleaning up the towels in the locker room after, and helping the boys in practice he must have learned many things. When his time came in the last game of the team’s season Jason had finally got to play! He also ended up making six three pointer and one two pointer!
I learned from watching from this video that it doesn’t matter who you are or how you act you can also do what you set your mind to! Don’t let people tell you that you can’t do it. Everyone at Jason’s school seemed so excited when he got to play. They were all very nice and cheered for him, and then when he started making baskets everyone got even more excited. I liked this video a lot.

I thought this video was a great story for everyone. It shows that no matter what if you try and believe you can do great things. For years Jason fetched towels and looked after the team but now he was playing, and it certainly paid off. When given a chance Jason really did succeed. All this time everyone thought he couldn’t play just because he was Autistic, but he scored 6 three-point shots!
This proves that someone might not be what you think. The team may have been even better if Jason had been on the team before then. I think this is good for other kids to see, especially those who have Autism and things like that. It shows them just because you may be different it doesn’t mean you can’t do the same things as everyone else. Its good thing that the coach put Jason on the court.

This video was interesting to watch. You wouldn’t of thought that a coach from any school would put the assistant manager into the game. Jason still felt like he was apart of the team even though he was autistic, and that he was the assistant manager he still stayed apart of the team even though he never got to play. Jason stayed at every game cheering all of his teammates on, sometimes he looked a little to excited.
I thought this was incredible and how nice that coach was to let the manager play in the game. This amazed me when it said he had 20 points altogether just for himself.I think that this made Jason feel special that “He’s used to being different but, not this different. This gave him the confidence he needed. Even if he hadn’t played that jersey just made him feel like one of the guys. Jason belongs on the court. It was no luck it was talent.

I am totally amazed that he did that. six three pointers are very hard and in a row all i can say is wow. some of our schools players can barely get 2 pointers. and with having autism it has to be much much harder. i am inspired by Jason he is amazing if i ever have kids i will show them this video and hope they are inspired by him to.
i think that it is just great how nobody puts him down because of his disability. when the coach pointed at Jason he must of felt so good. Jason’s father is probably so proud of him. he was basically the leader of the basketball team and also the manager. In fact he has been a manager for more than three years so i think that he had a lot of practice for those seven shots that he took. all i can say is great job Jason !!!

I thought this was a great video and Jason has a great shot!He was an inspiration to kids all over the world. Kids with difficulties can look up to him. If only the coach let Jason play in thier regular season they would have been awesome. Just because you have a disability doesn’t mean that you can’t be awesome!!!
The coach made a nice decision to let Jason go in at the end. I hope Jason get a scholorship or something because he could be great if he continues do play basketball. I think all his teammates and friends were very nice to support him also. Jason was a very nice kid and supportive of his team. This was one of the greatest videos i’ve ever seen!

It is awesome that a boy could overcome these obstacles. I know that I could never score 18 points in a basketball game I can’t even score 1! Its really to bad that the coach just discovered his talent, because he would be a great asset to his team. Its great that he decided to let him in on the action though. This clip proves that you can overcome obstacles, no matter what shape, size, or ability you are. I really hope that this boy continues his career, because he would be so talented at it.

I think that this movie was very cool. I could have never imagined an autistic person being involved in a Basketball game and scoring 6 3 pointers. I think that this movie was very inspiring to those with autisticm and those who don’t.
This told me that just because you have a disability, doesn’t mean that your not capable of acomplishing things. And this movie certaintly says it.

Personally this video touched me. I just recently had a friend die of a disease and it taught me to live every day like it was your last, as corny as it sounds. Jason really accomplished an amazing feat.He will remember this day for the rest of his life. He scored 18 points in one game; three of which were three pointers! I play basketball and don’t score nearly as many points as this. I think its a great thing for his coach to let Jason play.
Jason seemed like such a nice person. For years it said that he had gotten water for anyone on the team who needed it, and even wiped the sweat from their faces. For someone to do this would require tons of patients. I don’t think I could stand not playing for a few games, let alone years. It seemed like Jason really loved the game and I’m so glad that he got to play.I really shows me that anything really is possible if you stick to it.

I thought that this video was a great example of how anyone can do anything. Even kids with difficulties can help everyone accomplish a goal. In this case, it was playing well the game. It was great for Jason to get the chance to play. It was even better that he scored so many points for himself, and the team.
If the coach had never put Jason into the game, then he never would have had the chance to succeed. The team probably wouldn’t have scored as many points either. It was also good that the rest of the team was cheering for Jason. This probably helped him in a way. Knowing that everyone is cheering for you is always great.

I thought this was a great video. By the looks Jason was a real team player! He has got to be an inspiration. Kids any where can look up to him. I mean even if you do have a disability it doesn’t mean that you can’t be a role mole.
The coach made a good choice putting him in the game. Even though he didn’t know what Jason could do he still put him in. It turned out that Jason was amazing. I think the whole school was very supportive of him. The whole team was so excited for him. This is one of the best videos I’ve ever seen.
October 14th, 2009 at 11:42 am
I thought this video was really great to tell about. Jason might have disability’s but that doesn’t mean he cant do everyday things. He’s been watching games from the sideline and then he went our and got 6 three pointers! That’s wicked good! Any person with Autism can do this. They could look up to him. And that could make them feel good and they can do what Jason did.
The coach did a good job putting him out on the court. It was a idea too. Jason got a taste of playing with other players and other teams. And he really proved that he could do it and he did! I think he’s a good kid and has a lot of potential. He seems nice and a good leader for his team. You can tell by the way he leads his team! Keep up the good work Jason! (:

I thought this video was inpirational to autistic kids, and others all over. I thik it was a great idea for Jason’s coach to put him in. Also the entire school was supportive which probably made Jason feel really nice. He has a great gift and should probably think about playing for a college. He is an insane basketball player who has amazing skills. This video was a spirit raising sight. I believe that Justin will go on to play pro

I like it a lot.
October 14th, 2009 at 12:42 pm
I think it was an inspiring story. It told people that if you try hard enough you can do anything. And I have to say it is pretty amassing. He is very enthusiastic about basketball. I mean he must be if he can make six 3 pointers! I still can’t believe that, that many people rushed on to the field; and in a mob no doubt. It was a very bold choice for the coach to choose some one who never played a real game.
October 14th, 2009 at 12:43 pm
I Think this was very inspiring because i never thought spacial ed kids could ever make a chance like that, i would think that he was incapable of it if i was the coach. I never thought that he got that shot. Im very excited and i think its really cool. I hope to be a teacher when i grow up for speacial people.
October 14th, 2009 at 12:45 pm
I think that that is a very inspiring and warming story. It shows no mater who you are what your like even if you have a disability you can do anything you want to do. I think the coach was nice to let him play and was very happy when he made all those 3-pointers. At the end everybody was cheering and running on the court. He must have been very happy after the game.
October 14th, 2009 at 12:45 pm
i think that this video was very warming and inspiring. it shows that no matter who you are you can do anything even if you have a disability
October 14th, 2009 at 12:46 pm
I thought that this movie was very spirit-lifting. It made me feel happy. It was sweet when everyone was supporting him. That just goes to show you that you can accomplish anything if you put your mind to it.
October 14th, 2009 at 12:47 pm
This video was great! It is a great example of showing how anybody can do anything they want, even with difficulties childeren have. Jason was very lucky to play in a game. Also, it was even more exciting that he scored more goals for him and his team! He scored more points in the game then i would in a game, usually i would score about 3 or 4 each game. It was also wonderful that his teammates were cheering for him every time he got points. Well done Jason!!!!
October 14th, 2009 at 12:48 pm
I think the video is about just being yourself and also hard work. I never thought that any one could shot 20 points in 4 minutes.I was also surprised that it was his first game and he could do that. I play that sport to and I have never done that before.I think that that coach shouldput him in more offten.
October 14th, 2009 at 12:48 pm
I thought it was a great video. It really inspired me. I think it is great that even tough he has autism he made all of those great three pointers. I also think it was really nice of the coach to put him in because if he didn’t he would’ve never had his time to shine. It really shows that you will suceed if you try hard. It also shows that it doesn’t matter if you have problems like being autistic you can still do whatever you want.
October 14th, 2009 at 12:49 pm
I really enjoyed this video. It taught me about how anyone can do anything.Even people that have difficulties learning and need more time to understand things such as basketball.Jason looked up to the team for many years. He played an amazing game!I don’t play basketball but, it was very inspiring to me that he got 18 points in the whole game.3 pointers in the whole game to.
October 14th, 2009 at 12:49 pm

i thought this video was very insorational to prove that it doesnt matter if your diffrent.
October 14th, 2009 at 1:18 pm
i like the movie. it was cool how the kid made all the three pointers. everyone went crazy for him. probably because he was autistic so everyone thought he was bad and he would act stupid.well he didnt. it was a nice movie.
October 14th, 2009 at 1:20 pm
I liked this movie because it says you can do any thing you set your mind to. The kid in it had autism but scored 6 3ponit shots in a basket ball game. It was really heart warming and made you good in side. Liked it was a really good show to.That is why I liked it.:)
October 14th, 2009 at 1:21 pm
hi im me and i guess im blogging. so hi everyone out there whats up? i watched a video about a kid who had autism but scored 20 points in a basketball game. it was really cool. you should watch it too. mostly because it teaches you that even though your different doesn’t mean you can’t do anything. thanks for taking a look read on internet buds!!!
October 14th, 2009 at 1:22 pm
I think that was a very inspiring video. This video shows that you can do anything if you try. just believe in your self. It was so awesome when everyone started cheering him on. I hope he plays again. I would love to see that.
October 14th, 2009 at 1:23 pm
I thought this video was very inspiring to people. It shows that kids with disabilities, like autism are just as important and maybe talented as kids who don’t. It proves that all people are special in there own way, even if you are different! This video shows that you will succeed in what you do if you try hard!!
October 15th, 2009 at 10:35 am
this news report was very interesting. i liked how the coach let the kid play beacuse that was very nice of him. Yeah. And its pretty amazing that he got to shoot hoops 6 times in a row. thats so cool.!
October 15th, 2009 at 10:37 am
I think this is very touching. Jason had been told he could wear a jersey to know what it felt like not to play necessarily. There was four minutes left in the game and the couch stood up and pointed to Jason (number 52) and told him to go in. When he got in his first two shots were off. Then he scored, it was a three-pointer which made it more exciting. The fans and team went wild! Jason stated that “he had been use to feeling different from autism but never this different, he felt special.”
Jason scored 20 points. He got six three-pointers and one two-pointers. He did great. His dad and everyone else was so proud of him. At the end of the game they had won. They lifted him up and that’s when he felt special.
October 15th, 2009 at 10:38 am
This video was very inspireing. I hope this incorges kids with needs to follow what jason did. Jason prob has a better shot than most kids, that dont have any callenges.
October 15th, 2009 at 10:42 am
This video was very touching. It is really great that he accomplished what he did. He must have a real passion for basketball. It probably felt so great when the whole crowd was jumping up and down for him! That must have been one exciting game.
People in the crowd were probably very inspired by this kid. People can learn something from this video, and that is that no matter how different you are you can accomplish anything as long as you put your heart in it. I hope more people get to see this video. It was very inspiring and great to see.
October 15th, 2009 at 10:46 am
I think it was a great video and that Jason is enthusiastic about the game. I also think that the coach letting Jasion play in the last game of the year is great. It was even better that He scored 20 points in the game. If I was Jasion I would be the happiest kid in the world. I would also love to be on a team even though that I Autism and I know I was different.
I think that even though that Jasion did what every the players did for as long as he has be on the tame. Then go and score 20 points in the last game of the year.I think it is inspiring for all the kids on earth that even though that you have Autism. Or if you have any other daises it is great that he could do that. If I had Autism I probably couldn’t do what he did.
October 15th, 2009 at 10:47 am
THIS STORY IS AMAZING!!! It shows that a lot of hard work and being loyal to your team really pays off. Jason sunk six three pointers in a row. I don’t have autism and have played basketball for 8 years I can’t sink 2 three pointers in a row. If I were him I would have felt on top of the world after that. Most NBA players can’t sink six three pointer in a row in a game!
Autism is a very serious disease. One in 166 children have autism in U.S.A. Jason is a very amazing person. He bet the odds and played basketball. It also sounds good that he scored over 20 points. This story is a very good feeling story and I am amazed!
October 15th, 2009 at 11:02 am
This is amazing! Its incredible for kids with these disabilities to do things that people without disabilities can do and maybe better. It shows that even if you may not have a normal life you can be the “HERO” I cant imagine how Jason must have felt but i know it must have been a pretty great feeling. For those with disabilities, just because it may seem like what you want to do is out of your reach it doesn’t mean you should give up.
Giving up are for the persons that are weak, just keep on fighting and and you will get to the top, one day no matter what, if your confident and strong you will get what you want, you shouldn’t care about what others think. If someone knocks you down get right back up and keep going. EVERYONE WILL HAVE THERE GLORY DAYS!!!! You just have to fight for it!!!!!!!
